Felt Floppy Hat: Forever 21, Brown Marl Cardigan: Stitches, Sheer Button Up Blouse: Thrifted (Zara), Skirt: Stitches, Tights: Ardenes, Boots: Thrifted

Sorry for the bad quality pictures! By the time I got around to taking them it wasn't that sunny out anymore. Again wearing my staples of black button blouse and floppy hat... but really you can't go wrong wearing them. I'm obsessed with the print on this skirt, it surprisingly goes well with so many things. While taking these pics I realized that this outfit would probably look really, really good with my new wedges that I posted about yesterday. Oh well there are tons of other outfits to wear them with too! Thanks for reading and following me, it means so much! x

New In

So sorry for not updating much this week! It has been very busy, I recently got hired full time in a clothing store as a visual merchandiser and I am loving it. Now that the rush of the first week is over I can make some time to blog. This is just a quick post of some things I bought from my work. The orange flats I fell in love with, they are so bright. Of course orange is the colour of 2012 and these are the perfect pop. The wedges are so nice; as soon as I saw them I needed them. They go with so many things and are perfect in fall and winter with black tights or socks. Lastly the dress is amazing, in one of my favourite colours and the black and gold belt looks so chic against the rust. Everything is from Sirens; the dress was $22, the wedges $30 and the flats $8. Really can't beat those prices. Can't wait to show you guys some outfits with these! Will get an outfit post up tomorrow!

I've fallen for this boucle cardigan, I love the fabric and the length! But can I really justify spending $90 dollars are something so simple? What do you guys think?

I've been debating this sweater for seriously a couple of weeks, I can't decide if it will be too long on me or what colour to even get. It's on sale right now too so it wouldn't be as a big of a comitment as the first cardigan. What colour do you guys prefer?

And lastly I love these boots! I've been dying to get some chelsea boots, I just hate ordering shoes online. But these are gorgeous! x

The new hat that I bought at Forever 21, I just love the shape of these felt floppy hats! They give such that 60's feel that I adore. I wore this to my 2nd interview for a job yesterday, which I did get! So happy, and it is at a clothing store! You know that means more New In posts ;)

Mens V-Neck Pullover: Stitches, Pleather Shorts: Stitches, Tights: Ardenes, Suede Fringed Heel Booties: Thrifted, Purse: Urban Outfitters, Collar Necklace: Forever 21

Finally tried taking outfit pictures in my super small apartment and I'd say they didn't turn out that bad! It is just way to cold outside to take them. I just love this bag I bought a week or so ago, I can seriously but everything I need in it and the wool is so soft. Yes I do "pet" my bag ha. I just love an all black outfit, you really can't go wrong.

Amongst the quiet things, and all these empty streets

Button Up Blouse: Sirens, Snake Print Dress: Vero Moda, Tights: Ardenes, Fringed Suede Heel Booties: Thrifted, Floppy Suede Hat: Urban Outfitters, Necklace: D.I.Y, Fringed Bag: D.I.Y

Wearing the new snake print dress I bought yesterday, I was so excited when I found it and it was only 25 dollars! I think it looks wonderful with the rust blouse. The necklace I quickly made myself, the triangle pendant is from the tail of an old owl necklace.

It was so nice out taking these pictures, it feels like spring today! I even have the windows open in my apartment, although I'm sure the warm weather won't last long.

Birthday Shopping Haul (Picture Heavy)

Just a little haul post of what I bought with my birthday money, I hope posts like this aren't too materialistic, because that's not what I'm intending! Also because you guys expect no less of me, most of the stuff I bought was on sale! Starting with this jacket I got at Urban Outfitters; I had been looking at it for a few weeks. The gold sequins are the perfect shine; not to glitzy and not matte. Not to mention it's heavy and really well made. The orignal price was $99.00 and I got it for $40.00, such a good deal!

I got yet another rust item, this is from Sirens and it was marked down from $19.00 to $12.00. I just couldn't resist! Not to mention this fits way better then the rust blouse I bought a few posts ago at Forever 21, the Forever 21 one is short and boxy; maybe it was cropped a little. Anyway this one fits way better and can't wait to outfit post with it!

This bag is so gorgeous! The black pleather, wooly half and rose gold hardware is perfect. The bag is huge too, I could carry so much in it. Another cool part was that it came with 2 long straps, so I thought I would use the extra one as a belt and it looks amazing! I bought it at Urban Outfitters, I paid $40.00 but it was orginally $60.00.

I also bought this awesome sunglasses case at Aldo, so useful. Now maybe my sunglasses can last more then a couple of months. I bought the sunglasses for $10.00  at Urban Outfitters, I love the tortoiseshell look.

And lastly just some pretty flowers I bought at the grocery store... and yes they were on sale too ha. x
