Fringed Booties: Thrifted at Value Village, Bag: Garage, Mint Ring: Forever21

I almost died when I found these fringed booties in Value Village. The had never been worn and still had the tags on them! Get ready to be jelous ladies because they cost me a mere 12 dollars! The bag I got on sale at Garage for only 10 dollars, another steal. I love wearing my pleather leggings as soon as fall rolls around and I'm really into wearing two scarves together at the moment. 

I really have to work on taking my elastic off my wrist in photos! It bugs me so much when I see it after. Anyway have to go!
